· Signature concepts;
· Digital signature versions;
· Practice materials and handwriting exercises;
· Communication related to the creative process.

Each project is developed individually based on the selected package, client preferences, and creative direction.

Signature development is a collaborative creative process. By placing an order, you agree to:

· Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the project;
· Submit materials you have the right to use;
· Respond to communications and revision requests in a timely manner;
· Participate reasonably in the revision process where applicable.

Delays caused by missing information, incomplete feedback, or communication interruptions may affect delivery timelines and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as described at the time of purchase.

Revisions are intended to refine and finalize the original creative direction agreed upon during the project.

Requests that substantially change the approved direction, scope, or project requirements may require additional time, pricing adjustments, or a separate agreement.

We may decline revision requests that fall outside the reasonable scope of the purchased package.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as general guidance only and are not guaranteed deadlines.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

· Project complexity;
· Revision cycles;
· Communication timing;
· Package tier and workload volume.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical failures, third-party outages, illness, force majeure events, or client-side delays.

Our Materials
All website content, branding, educational materials, design methods, and proprietary studio materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of MK CORP unless otherwise stated.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Intermediate Work
Unused concepts, drafts, sketches, construction files, and exploratory materials created during the design process remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Final Approved Signature
Upon full payment and final delivery, ownership of the finalized approved signature transfers exclusively to you.

You may use your finalized signature for personal, professional, commercial, or branding purposes without restriction, including:

· Personal identification and document signing;
· Business and professional use;
· Brand integration and visual identity;
· Trademark or logo applications where legally permitted.

We do not claim ownership over your finalized approved signature after delivery.

Unless explicit written permission is provided by you, we will not publicly display, publish, or use your finalized signature for promotional purposes.

Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that personalized digital services and custom-made digital goods may become non-refundable once development has begun.

Our services are creative and aesthetic in nature.

We do not guarantee that any institution, government agency, bank, organization, or third party will accept a specific signature format, style, or variation. Requirements may vary depending on jurisdiction, institution, or document type.

You remain solely responsible for verifying whether your signature meets any legal, contractual, banking, governmental, or regulatory requirements applicable to your intended use.

Our services do not constitute legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MK CORP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-related damages arising from or related to the use of our services.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Payments and certain technical services may be provided through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, hosting services, analytics providers, or communication platforms.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, or actions caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the service, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of information as described therein.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the service, our team, or other clients, including situations involving:

· Abusive or threatening behavior;
· Fraudulent activity or payment disputes;
· Violations of these Terms;
· Misuse of delivered materials;
· Requests that fall outside the ethical or operational scope of the studio.

Where applicable, refund eligibility will be assessed according to the completed production stage outlined in the Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the service shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or service-related changes.
